Senior Solutions Engineer

Remote, USA (East Coast Preferred)

$150,000 - $200,000 Base Salary + 20% - 25% Bonus

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading discovery sessions with prospective customers to uncover business challenges, technical requirements, and strategic objectives.
• Delivering tailored product demonstrations that clearly communicate business value.
• Building proof-of-concept solutions aligned to customer-specific use cases.
• Acting as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle.
• Partnering with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to provide valuable customer and market feedback.
• Supporting customer workshops, webinars, and technical presentations.
• Creating reusable demo assets, environments, and best practices that can be leveraged across the wider team.
• Mentoring colleagues and helping elevate the overall presales function.
• Leveraging AI tools to personalize customer engagements and accelerate solution development.

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Presales, Solutions Architecture, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
• A proven track record supporting enterprise software sales.
• Exceptional discovery, consultative selling, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong presentation, communication, and storytelling capabilities.
• Experience engaging with senior decision-makers and executive-level stakeholders.
• Technical expertise across areas such as SQL, APIs, ETL, data integration, data platforms, scripting, or related technologies.
• Experience building proof-of-concepts and customized demonstrations.
• Understanding of on-premises and self-hosted software environments.
• A collaborative approach with a passion for mentoring and knowledge sharing.

Nice to Have

• Experience within Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, Government, or other regulated industries.
• Experience presenting at events, webinars, or creating technical content.
• Exposure to product marketing, positioning, messaging, or go-to-market initiatives.
• Experience working within a high-growth software environment.
