Weekend Front Desk Lead NeededFlipStar Gymnastics Academy is hiring a part-time Weekend Front Desk Lead to serve as the primary point of contact for our facility on Saturdays and Sundays, with substitute coverage for our front desk team during the week. This role is built for someone with real customer service experience who is comfortable taking ownership, making sound decisions, and keeping a busy facility running smoothly.We will train you on our systems and procedures. What we can't teach is the judgment, professionalism, and composure this role requires, so that's what we're looking for.The RoleServe as the on-site point person for the facility when leadership is off-siteOpen and/or close the facility following established proceduresGreet and check in athletes, families, and party guestsHandle parent questions, concerns, and schedule issues with professionalism and follow-throughCoordinate with coaches and party staff to keep classes and events on scheduleRespond to injuries, incidents, and emergencies according to facility protocols, and document them accuratelyAssist families with registration, enrollment, and account updatesProcess payments and maintain accurate front desk recordsCommunicate weekend issues and updates to the leadership teamKeep the lobby and front desk area clean, organized, and welcomingWhat We're Looking ForAt least two [2] years of customer service experience (retail, hospitality, healthcare, recreation, or similar)Strong computer skills and comfort learning new software quicklyAbility to stay calm and make sound decisions without direct supervisionClear, professional communication with parents, staff, and childrenConsistent reliability and punctualityGymnastics or youth sports experience is a plus, but not requiredRequirementsMust be 18 years or olderMust pass a background check and complete U.S. Center for SafeSport trainingCPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hireWhy FlipStarA structured system with clear procedures, so you're never guessingDirect support and communication with our leadership teamA role with real responsibility and trustOpportunity for advancement within the organization Most of our staff grow with us for multiple years because of our culture, support, and structure.ScheduleFridays (5pm - 9:30pm)Saturdays (12pm - 4:30pm)Sundays (10:30am - 2:30pm)Substitute coverage for weekday front desk shifts as neededPermanent part-time positionWeekend availability is required.
