Role Description The Senior SEO Specialist is a full-time, hybrid role based in Tampa, FL. This role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic visibility, qualified traffic, and lead generation for the firm’s practice areas.
Day-to-day responsibilities include performing keyword research, optimizing on-page content and metadata, managing technical SEO initiatives, and improving site architecture and internal linking. The Senior SEO Specialist will monitor rankings and performance metrics, analyze data, and prepare reports with actionable insights for leadership and marketing teams. The role also involves collaborating on content planning, coordinating with external vendors when needed, and staying current with search engine algorithm updates and best practices in legal industry SEO. Preference for experience eith digital ads too, including Google, Facebook, Instagram, and AI.
