This part-time House Manager position offers $20\/hour and approximately 18 hours per week, with a schedule of 2-3 shifts per week from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The role is located in Brookline, MA and supports a nonprofit organization focused on assisting families impacted by a serious illness. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with an immediate start date, parking available.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of a residential guest house
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and hospitality standards
• Conduct guest check-ins and check-outs
• Respond to facility issues and coordinate maintenance needs
• Manage guest records and supply inventory
• Provide tours to donors and supporters
• Support families during their stay with compassion and professionalism
• Schedule family meals and coordinate guest services
• Assist with volunteer support and coordination as needed
  Candidate Qualifications:
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Experience in caregiving, social work, nursing, or related fields preferred
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Empathy and professionalism in emotionally sensitive situations
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient with computers and Google Business applications
  • Dependable and flexible availability for at least two shifts per week
